The Customer Service role requires working variable hours to match when customers need us most. A standard contract includes a fixed 40 hours per week. Depending on role location, there are roles available which are completely based out of office or home.
We operate in a 24*7 model and have schedule shifts starting every hour in the day and night, for example from 1 AM, 3 AM, 9 PM, 11 PM, etc. for both on-site or home-based Customer Service Associates. Part-time roles are also available to give you more time for family responsibilities, social activities and/or further education.
In addition, we offer paid time off – annual leave is 15 days, 12 sick leave days, and 12 casual leave days. Along with that we also offer additional five days of optional off from which you can choose festival time off as per your personal preference. You may need to work on public holidays, if your shift falls on those days. However, your annual leave entitlement includes an allowance for public holidays, which means you can choose to take the time off on other days.
We offer maternity and paternity leave, depending on tenure. You can also take unpaid leave.
